What phone? good camera but not to expensive

my k800 has decided it was tiem to die, when i turn it on the lights go on and it just vibrates, so i need a new phone, i loved the camera on the k800 but it was a bit bulky, i dont want to spend £300 on a phone, and £200 is to much to..

i had the iphone and i was just scared of using it
