whats the general sort of poundage spring used on coilovers for the front of the clio sport?

for road use i'd recommend around 50n/mm, for track 80n/mm

400lb rear - 450lb front

thats what the AST (hard) set up uses.

iirc my H&R's were 70nm at the front

To convert the spring rates......

Newtons x 5.7082 = Lbs

So what Kam racing was saying is........


80nm = 456lbs (track)
50mn = 285lbs (Road)


H&R front springs are 400lbs
