Take wheel off pop open the top of the caliper.. pop the old pads out.. wind the piston back in to make room for the new pads.. pop em in and put the caliper back together.
It sounds more difficult than it is.
You can unsrew the brake fluid resoviour to make it easier to push the piston back in.. but brake fluid is hydrosomethingorother.... which means it absorbs moisture from the air.. so dont leave it open for too long
That sounds about right at Renaults standard labour charge!!
Have a go yourself, don't really need any specialist tools to do it either. Take the wheel off and you should only have to take off one bolt that holds the caliper to the carrier, then swivel it open and you should be able to get plenty of access to change the pads. Don't forget to apply a little copper grease to the back and edges of the pad plate that make contact with the caliper to stop squealing
