What size spacers??

ive got some 25mm spacers but the arch sits on top of the tyre. 15mm??

Hubcentric or spacers with larger bolts?

hubcentric means they have a supporting centerbore and you can get them in system a (longer wheel bolts required) and system b (spacer bolts to hub the use standard wheel bolts to bolt wheel to spacer)
imo system be is safer and gives better balance but 15mm is the smallest you can get them without going custom made.
maybe you could get 10mm took off off yours at a machine shop??
