What size wheels

Ok got my suspension on order, Im getting it dropped 40mm on Apex springs and shocks. Im wanting 17" wheels but i dont have a clue weather to go for 17*7s or 17*7.5s?? Am i correct in thinking that the offset is 47mm?
Also when they are on do i need to get them balanced or anything like that? I dont have a clue as u can probally tell!

go for the 7 not 7.5j as they are less likely to rub on the arches. The wheels will get balanced as a matter of course by whoever fits the tyres

no probs, sorry im not sure on the offset but whoever supplys them will have to get it right, you may find they rub a little but if you have major problems and its down to the offset then dont worry as you can have them under the trade descriptions "unfit for intended use" clause. buy them on a credit card too as thats always more back up than paying cash

7.5, easier and cheaper to buy and good for tyre sizes.

ET is 36mm if I remember correctly.
