What sort of gains would I expect with.....

Just daydreaming at the moment.

If I changed my exhaust for something like a Milltek cat back one, changed the air filter (not sure which one to go for), would I notice any difference in the performance?

Then add in an RStuner map as well. Again I don't really know enough about the changes this map has or is it a bespoke map for each car.

Has anyone done these mods to their 197? It seems a common path to go down.
