What suspension upgrade??

  Polo Bluemotion
Im bein quite lazy here, but what suspension upgrades would you recommend?? I lowerd my last clio 35mm on koni springs, but was hardly noticable to the looks,so im thinking more like 50-60mm?? Ive heard a few comments that you should never go 60mm on standard dampers, true? Ive seen sport suspension kits (springs+dampers),what do u reckon?? Do different makes really make such a difference?? Whos the cheapest to buy from?? Also, whats the practicalities of driving a car lowered 6omm,do you have to make any sacrifices??? Any help would be much appreciated

Always change springs and dampers IMO. you cna go to any springs lenght there no rule like 60mm means you need dampers juts life span is reduced more with lower springs but how long noone can say for definate depends on to many varaibles.

IMo I'd never use any cheap lowering kits there none I rate at all.

be careufl just becasue a compnay sells spring as 60mm doens't mean they are people always buy on numbers so if a compnay advertised 80mm they'll do better on sales not if there the best or a real 80mm.

Driving a 60mm properly done on coilovers is no trouble at all springs of a proper 60mm alone are softer and not as good so can catch. I had no trouble with mine on coilovers on speed bumps at any speed.
