What suspension...

Am after a set of supension with a little track use.

Am lookin at h&r, belistein or ast.

Any advice...

I'd go for a set of H&R's then, i'm more then happy with mine.

What have you lowered yours by and do they scrub?

H&R and AST are the more track aimed set ups, firmer higher rated set up where the bilsteins are more road worthy but still have that track performance.

I personly use KW V2's and love them. Leave them on a soft damper setting for the road and they are amazing but as soon as you get on track then turn them up and they match the H&R's,

For all the set ups your looking around 900-1000 but the AST's at that price are the entry level set up and is nowhere near as good.
