I got my renewal through from Quinn Direct a few weeks back which said I had 1 years NCB and so on. I moved to Tesco to insure the 197 which went great however they asked for proof of a NCB so I sent them my renewal and haven't heard back from them. Quinn Direct sent me out a No Claims discount entitlement sheet but it says 0 not 1. It also says "number of years in respect of which no claim has been made against the policy of insurance concerned: 0 years". I crashed over a year ago (over a years policy march to march) and have not made a claim on the last policy year. Have I majorly f**ked myself?
