What throttle body is this?

What throttle body is this? it was sold to me as a 172 one but as you can see in the pic its not, ether way im going to have to buy a new one so meh

Ther should be another hole at the bottom for the cable to go into but there isnt

It's hard to tell from the pics TBH. It does look similar to a 172 T/B. It's weird that theres only one hole.

I dont suppose its from a LH drive sport?

megane 2.0 or laguna 1.8 8v, probably a few others. Fits fine with minor cable mods
