what tones do people have

What have people got as there tingtone, message tone and email, the standard ones are pretty boring on the iphone. Can anybody recommend any sites where you can get updated tones from, and how do you apply these to the iphone, is it a simple click and save.

"Its not that hard, find the sound effect you want to use, drag it into itunes, right click, convert to AAC, drag it to your desktop rename the extension from m4a to m4r, double click it and it goes right to your ringtone library, wireless synch and done. Any sound effect you want for a ringtone"
