What type coolant for full change in my girlfriends 1.2 8v?

I'm emptying my girlfriends coolant out her w reg 1.2 8v and replacing it. What coolant do I need to buy? How much? And do I need to mix with water or just put it in?

Renault offer their specific Type D pre-mixed coolant at a quite reasonable price.

As said Renault Type D isn't expensive enough not to use.
