what will the exaust tip do me insurance?

you should inform them of the change... some companies will charge you for the modification, some will charge you for their admin work, some won't charge you at all.

if its for the dynamique, you do realise that it will be pointing towards the floor on the standard exhaust dont you? might look a bit silly.

You could possibly cut off from the angle and then mount the tip but it might not work. Why not try a Back Box?

i was going to get a exhaust tip but in the end gave up on it because of the angle, decided to buy a savage back box cost 60 for the box and 40 to fit buy my local shop Xtreme sounds brilliant and because its stainless steel only does not add anything to my insurance. im 22 male and i got no no claims.
