in my experience you have 2 options, either get yourself a good lawyer and go down that route, or forget it, put up with being treated like s**t and having a car that doesn't work properly and then sell it loosing a fortune.

So,

picked the car up yesterday, all seems fine as it goes. In fact I'd say it drives better than it did when it rolled off the forecourt 10 months ago or whatever it was.

Yeah seems fine, the gear selection process is completely different now, so much more fluid.

What annoys me tho is im going in for a operation soon and wont be able to walk for 6 weeks, I booked my car in for its first service but renault wouldn't do it because it was early... by about 3-500 miles :/
