My mother called saying that my lil bro wasnt driving his van..... i enquired more, i was told he was banned! Which as yet he hasnt been.
However I got a friend who wears a uniform to check on a few things and i found out something which shocked me!

February 3rd when i was away in Dorset my car was stoppped for speeding, doing 79 in a 30mph zone. My brother was driving. He is not insured and i would never let him near my lil trophy. I left car at my mums as i used her car for the long drive to save my mileage. Turns out he snooped her room took keys and went out with his mates in MY car.

He already has 9 points on his liecence and been in court before for driving offences.

What would you guys do? i know what i want to do! i am very angry and when i got baack from Dorset my car sounded awfull, the cat had cracked and exhaust was bust!

Just wondering what you guys think i should do next? Kill him or just beat him senseless!

What a c**k I would be livid and have it out with him now. He obviously has no respect for your belongings and I would make him pay for the damage.
If he wanted a go why didnt he just ask?? When I first got my Clio my brother asked for a go but he didnt have his test so I wouldnt dream of letting him have a go on the road. A friend of mine has a large expanse of tarmac, took him round there no problem, he wouldnt dare try and take it out uninsured or even move it without my permission. I can understand your brothers curiosity but its harsh on you and to fek the exhaust is not on.

How did you get the car back? If he already had 9 points, and then been stopped doing stupid speeds in a 30, thats pretty much an instant ban; coppers wouldn't of let him drive home, especially as they will have established he had no insurance?

Did he tell the coppers his own name? I thought initially when reading your post that you bro (with 9 points already) perhaps gave the coppers your name, and you were asking us whether or not we would take the flak for it (cos its family) - I take it this is not the case?

Whatever happens, he needs to be punished!

Well police stopped and did check on insurance and seen car was insured via database,he didnt get ban there and then, he got told it'd go to court.

Car was returned to mums garage as she was out.

i am going to beat him, when i find him, and his mates he took out in the car.

Imagine if he had written it off??? i'd of been buggered!

Anyway anyone wanna buy a clearly well driven trophy lol.

Fortunately, by not having any brothers or sisters, I am immune to the usual rose-tinted view of siblings.

Basically, he sounds a right d1ck. He's old enough (and laughably) wise enough, not to have taken your car. He's been done before due to the 9 points and yet clearly is oblivious to the danger is his to himself and other people on the road.

The single, possible exception would be if a member of your family needed to be rushed to hospital and all the ambulances were at a convention on Mars.

First off, make him work as a rentboy who is a Taker so that he can pay for the damages to your car. Then shop him to the Police. Simply because when it gets to court, he'll end up on some tax-paid excursion to the Scottish Highlands, having the time of his life with other scroats on the £3,000 per week jolly.

Then smack him. Hard. And repeatedly.

I can imagine your car took some punishment, as I doubt your bro and his pals were out for a nice, leisurely country jaunt and a picnic by the river bank.
I'd want to break his kneck if I were you but tbh he'll only learn if you let the police come down on him like a ton of bricks. He should also be doing everything he can to make it up to you including paying for the damage.
