Whats best

I bought some new bulbs on saturday to give my lights a clearer white/blue light and am very disappointed with the light output cant see hardly anything. These bulbs were halfords own brand which still cost £13 for each bulb.

I am going to take these back and ask for different bulbs which bulbs are the best out of philips and osram.
