Whats this plug for?

Comes out from the front on the bonnet near the passenger side. I was looking for my bonnet alarm switch, as my alarm keeps going off...

I think that is the bonnet alarm switch cable. I just took the switch off mine as I had the same problem, no switch is the same as having the bonnet shut.

Yeah, mine is also unplugged.

Maybe the boot switch is playing up. Mine was and unplugging the boot microswitch stopped the alarm going off.

Could be wrong but that looks like the fog light connector to me. Bonnet alarm is a black roundish connector.

Going by where that is, and by its shape, I'd be more inclinde to say that's for the acoustic valve which would normall be honed under the near side headlight.

Yarp, acoustic valve. Bonnet sensor is round black plug.
