Whats this text editior called?

I used it for editing CSS etc was really good and free. A few people on here know what its called...I cant find it anywhere, the only clue I have is that it starts with the letter 'V', and when you right click a file it has 'Edit with V**'

Anyone know which one im on about?

VI is the norm VIM is alot better, i use emacs

do you use Dreamweaver for creating your sites? if so how come you dont use that for editing your css? just curios thats all.

I use dreamweaver for creating them yer, but when I want to change a colour quickly or somthing I use VIM rather than having to open dreamweaver.
