Whats the little button on the end of the wash/wiper stalk for on my valver? The only thing i can think of is that its for headlight washers but ive never seen a clio with em?

A little square oblong button on the end of the stalk (its grey with two downwards arrows on it)

other side is the horn but that 1 does bugger all
