Ok doesn't sit under the wiper arm does it? Had trouble getting the near side off?

They are ways s**t to get off.

It's nothing to do with wipers, scuttle clip as said I think.

I think it's what holds the drivers side down and the wing. Mine is missing, so can't be sure.

Put it back on, looks like theres a hole so there might be a pin on your scuttle panel

Its the panel that protects your wiper mechanism and other bits (just below the windscreen plastic thing)
