Whats wrong with it now

Can anybody tell me why my revs drop to around 500rpm on my valver when the car is cold. But after its warmed up it seems ok. Started happening yesterday after I filled up. Has anybody else had this problem before?

go into bit more detail

do the revs go up and down for a bit

i.e. 500-1000 500-1000 etc etc etc

then level out?

Mine does that every now and again,lol. Everybody tells me that its the cts (coolent temp sensor) Very common on Valver and williams. When it fooks up you car thinks its running at a different tempreture so its just trying to adjust. Its the electrical bit on the inlet manifold a think. Next to ya air filter.

Sorry about that! Well Ill start it up in the morning and it revs upto 1200rpm but after sat 30 seconds the revs start to drop to 500rpm. Sometimes I have to blip the throtlle to get them back or it justs levels out to 1000rpm by itself! After its warmed up it idles at 900rpm!
