wheel center bored out? where?

I need to get my new wheels bored out from 57mm to 60.1mm to fit my 172, anyone know where i can get this done? preferably huddersfield/leeds area.

try local cnc machining place. any engineering firm might do it. if you take too much off it will be okay due to the wheel nuts holding wheel in correct place(does put more strain on wheel nuts)
