I managed to kerb one of my lovely speedlines today so am gonna have to get one of my wheels refurbed so I thought I might go for a colour change.

Anyone got any ideas what colour might look good on the 197?

I have got a photo here so if any of you ps guru's have the time feel free to have a blast.

Cheers;

IMO you'll need a splitter, a spoiler and to be dragging your sack along the tarmac to pull off kawasaki green or bright orange. Unmodded with those colours will just look s**t.

Would need to be either on the deck or a fully stripped out track sl*g to pull off bright coloured wheels imo.

Yeah, I asked about it but they dont do discount for the one wheel and they said if I got just one done that they couldnt guarantee a colour match.

Good excuse to get all four done I guess....

Yeah, not worth discounting 25% on one :)

If I was changing the wheel colour, it might be an idea to get the side rubbing strips colour coded to the car. Then get the mirror caps done to match the wheels.

I think Guards Red (porsche colour) would look awesome on that.

Anything else other than black and anthracite is going to be a right ball ache to keep clean. Thats the only thing putting me off when I get my orange wheels back.
