Wheel offset

Hi guys

Anyone knows the wheel offset for Clio Sport phase 2? I want to change to 17 inche what kind of size should I look for? 205/40? i m pathetic at this

7x17 with 205/40 17 tyre (i run ET 37) if thats any help??? I think Geoffs wheels are ET40 (MK2172) Jamie has a MK2 172 with ET37 (same offset as me)
