Wheel Re-spraying

Not sure if this is the right section but it seemed like the best place

So i want to re-spray my F1's anthracite instead of silver or maybe go with a yellow but more tempted to do Anthracite just need to know what i need to buy and maybe a quick step by step guide i know i need to sand them down and I'm not really looking forward to it but i has to be done

i'd rather save money and just try and do a wheel every sunday or when i've got spare time.
