Wheel refurb in Wigan ?

I want my wheels refurbing, does anyone know anywhere in wigan that will refurb/prep my wheels cheap?
My mums BF has a powder coating thingy so thats sorted i just want em preped and the curb marks filled, i would do it my self but dont know what to use to fill the curb marks :/
