wheel refurbs?

I know Fred does wheel refurbs, is there any one else ?

I live in Romford, Essex & Fred lives miles away from me (been reading other posts he's written in)

Any one local to me who will go a good job ?
The lacquer has bubbled a bit on one of the wheels, around the valve & the spokes are a bit scraped on the others (like it when I bought it)

I have seen Wicked Wheels who come to your house etc, but they want £65.00 + vat a wheel.
I only have the wheels on the car, getting another set is a mission !!
