Wheel size guide, help needed

i'm thinking about putting speedline turinis on my clio 172 ph-1, and was wondering what size i can fit and any alterations needed for bigger wheels than original 15 in wheels (suspension etc...)?

prob looking at 16 in wheels
can anyone help?

16's are fine, go for 7inch wide and if you can get 205/45 16 tyres
