wheel sizes

hi, what size are clio 16v alloys please, i know they are 15's but are they by 6.5 or 7? are phase 1 wheels the same dimensions as phase 2

as above for the williams?

am i right in thinking the clio 16v are 6.5in

and the williams is 7in
