erm - i guess they could be posted - be at your expense of course.
I got 5 of em (spare is a full alloy and tyre)
dunno how much - guess about 300 for the lot.
4 of them will probably still have some miles left on the tyres which are Eagle F1's, and the spare i need to check on but should also have some good milage on it.
