Wheels - offsets etc!!

Right i have already done a search to no avail - i am looking at getting some new wheels on my beast as my tires are about slicks now!!

I'm thinkin is it going to be near enough the same price to get some new smaller wheels and tires as it is to buy new tires for her!!

Any way to the point - will these fit - 15x6.5 ET 42 PCD 100!!

Maybe??? ...but they will sit in your arches to much imo with out spacers

Ideal offset is ET36

Just a quickie - do any of you mk1'ers have 152 with an ET 42??

If so any problems??

Plus what size tyre's etc do you use??
