some of the bigger Halfords offer an alloy refurb service, and are cheap at £65 +VAT.

Another vote for laptab. My turinis were refurbed there and a few mates have had their wheels done there and the job has always been excellent.

Thats not that cheap tbh, laptap iirc were £40 for a 15" wheel going up in £5 increments and thats for proper powdercoating not just painting.
