Wheels spacer help!

  RS6 C7
Im having problems getting my wheels to clear my clio rear brake calipers, ive got 10mm spacers on but there still catching, other problem is that the wheels i bought have a 63.4mm bore and the clio hub is 60.1, I thought about hubcentrics but they only seem to be available in 15mmplus, my dad owns a factory that use cnc lathes so what i was wondering, would it be possible to manafacture a 12-13mm hubcentric spacer that bolts on to the 60.1 clio hub and that has a 63.4mm hub for the wheels to sit on? i dont have alot of knowledge on wheel spacers and how they work, i know we could make them easy ;)
If not any other ideas?

you will have to grind down the hub flange on your rear discs/drums to fit 13mm, but that take about 30sec per side

make your own

what size of wheels have you got on it mate, what i would do is get your dad to make a spacer with the reno bore on the back and new bore on the wheel side , when the wheels are on try and measure how much space you need to clear then make them that thickness. Also try and make the spacers hubcentric as the wheel load os still supprted by the hub.
