When Are We Getting A New iPad Air?

Yep the iPad Pro 9.7 surprised the market by being the the "new" Air really, same size, same weight, faster.
iPad refresh cycle is generally much slower than the phones.
TBH I can't see much that would make me want to upgrade from my Air 2 at this point. Maybe if they made an Air 3 at some point which was as fast but significantly lighter, but I can't see how they'd manage it. The thing is pretty much one big battery as it is.
All that said, iPhone 7 is rumoured for October-ish and a lot of people are suggesting a revised iPad then too, iPad Air 2 will be two years old at that point.
