i'm 25 and every year i have a laugh come insurance time. i'm with elephant and paid £800 this year (only 2 years no claims - Astra through hedge incident...). I had a quote for £3500! And I live in a safe area!

learn how to drive first for your own safety and other road users, a 1.4 will suffice till insurance gets cheaper

Ive recently insured my 172 for 1800 fully comp and im 19.. Seems like a lot, but out of all my friends and many others who hang around in the same croud.. I would smoke them every time

So 'smoking' your mates is worth £1800 a year in insurance?

Personally I think perfomance cars should be limited to over 25s when it comes to insurance.
