when does my cambelt need changing?!

Checked the recipets in my folder last night and it was last changed on 32200 miles, so what milage is it roughly due next?

104200 or before will be the next recommended change, or a maximum of 5 years from when it was done at 32200.....when was it done last, date wise?

its a y reg so late 2001 cantmember dfate on recpit but my guess is 2004 early 2005

id say do it at the end of this year to be on the safe side, as late 2009, early 2010 is five years on
