Need some to mount my new spoiler but i dont know where to get it????

Try your local bodyshop or coachbuilder.

Why dont you seal up the mis-aligned holes with sealant and drill two new ones with the correct spacing and screw it on, then you know your spoiler will be secure. You could also apply some sort of sticky pads in between the spoiler and the car to cushion it.
