Where can i get a 17" spare?

Hi guys/girls, anyone got any idea where i can get a 17" spare and rough cost?

any spare really, got standard 14" spare but i just bought 17's. Do renault sell 17" temporary wheels? (the thin crappy ones) or would i have to buy an extra alloy

why bother? just stick the 14'' with epic tyre and it canny be far off. just drive at 40 with it on.

yeah there's only like 2% difference in size between a 205/40/17 and a 185/55/15

cheers fella's, i was thinking the two wheels were roughly the same just wernt sure if it would do any damage slapping the standard wheel on even if it was only for a couple of miles
