Where can i get a throttle body motor?

Hi, my megane 1.4, 53 plate,has been diagnosed with a faulty throttle body motor (OBD P0638) can these be bought or do I have to buy a complete throttle body unit from Renault?

What exactly up with yours? Try cleaning it.
