Where do I find the paint code?

Hiya,

Just been to the local Halfrauds to get a touch up pen to fix up some stone chips on the Clio but didn't know which of the Renault silvers matched mine.

Mine isn't silver silver if you get what I mean, it's kind of pearly (??)

Anyone know where I can find the paint code?

What model do you own?

Sticker inside the door was where mine was.

It's a 2001 1.2 16v Dynamique, just checked for a sticker on the door but no such luck

There will be the oval plate sticker on the drivers door shut, not on the door itself on the body of the car. The paint code is the one starting MV***, where *** is 3 numbers.

Well popped into Halfords again with the paint code but they don't do touch up pens in my colour.

Oh well 15 minutes later and they mixed up a small bottle of "gris boreal" (what a name) for me
