where is my history folder on pc

I dont know...lol

Im basically tidying everything up and in the last couple of years ive done nothing.Its running pretty slow now and as well as doing a de-frag i thought i'd delete all history and start again

all you need to do to delet the history is right click on your internet explorer (the blue e) and go clear history job done might wanna delet cookies to

If you're using MS internet explorer your history folder will be in:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Local Settings\History
(that's in win xp)

or you can just go to 'tools' > 'internet options' > 'clear history'
