Where to buy - battery?

Evening all,

Think my battery needs replacing. Bloody thing died on me recently. Tried jump starting it, left it charging for ages before trying, and just nothing. Turned over, but the ecu won't let you turn over for longer than 3 secs.

Took the battery out and have left it on charge (mains charger thingy) for 4hrs on fast charge, and it says its not even got to 10% yet. The code on the battery is 210902 which i read as being first charged on 21.09.2002?

Sound like a dead battery?

If so, where's the best/cheapest place to get a new one then? Seems like quite a small/light battery to be honest?

I used a vauxhall one on mine, good quality sealed for life battery, not like aftermarket tat, reasonalby priced!

Keep them in stock at ours!

how muchio mate? Spec on my batt says: 12v 47Ah 420A

on a nother note... is there anyway to get around the fact that my ecu only lets me turn the ignition for 3secs max... takes millions of turns to try and get it started as its been sitting a few weeks?

Dont wanna buy a new battery and flatten it just trying to get it started.
