Where to buy these pedals?

Im realy trying to find a place to buy these pedals. The only thing i now is that the owner claims to have bought them at "turner". I dont know if that refers to a store or to a brand. Tried google without success. Help!

Turner is a user on here who makes the Alloy foot rests, Maybe he did this as a one off.
