which cams and best price?

anyone have any idea which cams are best for 03 172 cup and best (cheapest!) place to buy. not worried about crap idle but want 200 horses when engine finished

If you want more power and aren't bothered about a rough idle then 421s are your best bet!

im not worried about idle, obviously it needs to go through mot tho,lol. im not going mad with it so want to keep followers , valve springs etc standard. any idea on best price / place to buy? thnx

i want supply only as i like to tinker myself (not with!). however i do want the manifolds matched.

thing is my head is nacked so thought i might get cams done while stripped otherwise i wouldnt bother.
