Which cams to go with ITB's

Yes ive searched, but meh i want my own thread

After reading it seems 428's are the best all rounder?

421's wont fit with standard pistons same as 422's, is that right?

Will the 428's complement the ITB's, and what sort of guess would you guys put on total power output, roughly?

421s IMO, and yes they'll fit

not much in it peak, should be a much wider spread of power though

Just read on Kam racing Re using standard valve springs etc, but requiring an adjustable ecu compared to the 428's.

My bad for not reading.

Would it be unreasonable to hope for 215bhp from 204bhp with cams?

Increase in torque?
