which coilovers

hello there, upgrading my suspension from standard dampers and 55mm apex springs to coilovers.

I have £400 to spend and want to know which type i should go for, where to get them from etc..

also will the ride quality be better? lowered on springs, the ride quality is horrible!

its for a N reg 1.4RT and the distance is 52mm between the bottom shock absorber bolts if this helps..

speak to Andy at GDI though about the spring rate on them, i had mine changed to different ones
