Which Head Units will keep display and steering controls?

Hello

Got my Clio last month and I love it apart from the stereo, but I like the controls on the steering wheel thingy. Had a Vauxhall last time and it always bugged me that the dash display didn't work once I changed the head unit so I want something which sounds better than the original, but keeps everything else working too.

Can anyone recommend a unit to do that?

It's a 2004 Dynamique (mk 2 phase 2).

Any help greatly appreciated!

I think you'll have to get an adaptor to make them both work after fitting a after market head unit....

yeah there are adaptors available for most makes so, i have a sony one and a connects2 adaptor and finger controls and display work

I have an Alpine and that has optional adapters. The stalk control is about £40 and the display control is £100(ouch!)

Its like £35 for them both from audio places you got seriously jipped!

£38 for my pioneer and i get to keep my controls and my display says "pioneer" and when you use the fingertip controls eg turn vol up it says vol up etc etc

not perfect but better than nothin. also if your cdplayer has cd text it looks a bit pants tbh on the clio oem screen as it can only display 8 or so charactors if you get a fully compatable display

I'd be happy with the display just saying Pioneer or Alpine or whatever, so that's ace.

Just to add to the pictures, display isn't brilliant but its better than nothing and its worth it to get the steering controls back.
