Which Induction Kit for 182

[FLIPPER16V]

Recently got a 182, and want to go and order a induction kit this afternoon for it!

any advice to what is the best one for 182??

Search the word 'induction' But a lot of people on here go for the Viper kits these are partly enclosed, which keeps the heat from the engine away from the filter

all i say is go for an enclosed kit. there are lots about, can get quite expensive though

Get lots of cold air in, a better noise and are aesthetically spot on

Just put a decent panel in your OE airbox and save your money for brake/suspension upgrades.

K&N apollo.

tyred viper & bmc and this one was the best.
Ben_p has one on his 172 and my 182 goes into k&n on the 6/01/06 for my free induction kit and r/r run.
cant wait.

well i used to have the viper on my zr and it was great.
yeah, maybe giving it alot of hype as its free but it is a really good induction kit and filter.----this is coming from someone who used to hate k&n.lol

hey Maz, mind telling me if you had to lower the ECU for fitting the OMP bar between the suspension turrets?(think u call em brace turret but ain't sure, I'm new here and I'm spanish, so mind if my english is a bit funny )

the thing with the Apollo is the heat shield isnt carbon fibre so doesnt reflect heat as well, but its Viper / CDA price

Pipercross now do a cheaper Viper with a none carbon heat shield and its about £150 i think, probably even cheaper online

YoShImUrA : you dont hve to touch the ecu, the brace will fit on without any alterations
