Simota or Maxogen?

Currently have a K&N. Sounds great in my ph1 172, but loss of performance is a pain

Get an itg panel filter and a good air feed to the standard airbox. Maxogens cost too much for too little gain, unless one comes up cheap second hand.

Thanks for the tip. Crazy isn't it when you can spend £350 odd on a replacement, when all you really need is a decent filter. Will save myself a lot of money!

you can pick maxogens up for under 300 if you look in the right places
