Which induction kit?

  2003 MR2 Roadster
I have a 53 Clio 172 and want a closed induction kit

So, which one guys?

A K&N Apollo or Pipercross Viper?

Do they sound good?

  Shhh
I have the K&N Apollo. Picked it up from eBay for about £50. Was going to sell mine but i missed the noise.

I think that the car pulls harder with the K&N fitted. Takes the feed from behind the left headlamp as there is a small gap, removes the pipe.

Shall see if i can get a video.

I had a k+n apollo on my 182 . I was keen on it tbh , it seemed to lose power and no 5k kick anymore . Bought it cheap off ebay , sold it again on ebay for more than i paid so it was all good . On the plus side , they sound good as in aliasomega's video . 0-60 in 8 seconds though ?? ;)

go for the Pipercross, it is a very good choice, can be clean very easy , you will miss the sound but will have a better performance.

I have a Green Twister system installed on my MKII 172.
